Process yields can be substantially increased using metrology to control the Paste, Flux and Die alignment processes prior to reflow, ensuring good parts after this process. With resolutions down to 1um the 850G provides in-line high speed positional accuracy die placement Post and Pre Reflow and inspects for die damage, cracks, contamination and edge quality.
